We come before You this morning and thank You for this beautiful day. We're thankful for the oportunity to serve You and the people of North Carolina. Grant us the wisdom, patience and discernment to do Your will. We are ever thankful for the abundance of blessings You have bestowed upon us. The Speaker's ordered that a message be sent to the House of Representatives with information that the Senate adopts a report of the ?? for House Bill 1048, the Bill's been titled "An Act of Men" Section ?? [SPEAKER CHANGE] House Bill 1194 Senate Committe substitute, the bill's been titled "An Act to Make Changes to the Administration of the State Retirement System."
